Oi! By Edgar Galluzzo.

Born and raised in the city of São Paulo, in the neighborhood of Pirituba, on the outskirts of the city, I grew up watching my maternal grandmother and my parents cooking.


I even think that this story is common among all lovers of good cuisine and this is precisely the fact that makes me more proud of the profession that I chose for my life.


I have been living in Guadalajara, Mexico for 5 years, where I was invited to start work at a Brazilian Savory and Sweets store. Many of the recipes that are on my Blog were developed here, at Boca.2 Brasil - Território Brazuca.


This is just the beginning! Despite 24 years of profession, I feel that I am still crawling, but learning every day.

 

The search for quality and respect for each ingredient must be endless.
